Spa Policy

Advance Bookings
We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.

Spa Arrival
Please arrive 10-minutes before your appointment. Please understand that late arrivals may result in reduction of treatment's time.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 4 hours in advance.

Health Conditions
Kindly advise us if you are pregnant, have high/low blood pressure, heart conditions or any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your selection when making spa reservation. Please tell your concerns, if any, to your therapist as only then would she deliver a treatment to your satisfaction. Also, please inform your spa therapist if you’re wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.

Loss or Damage
The Spa @ Aranda will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. Please leave your jewelry or valuables at home. We will not accept any responsibilities for the safety of your jewelry or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa. For the protection of your clothing, please wear the robe provided by us.

Accident or Injuries
The Spa @ Aranda shall not be liable for any accidents or injury suffered by any members or guest.

Refund Policy
All treatment, packages, products and memberships are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
