Capture the Colours & Indulge in the Big Flavours this School Holidays @ Downtown East

1 Mar 2022 - The colours and flavours will uplift your spirits this school holidays, and we have curated engaging family programmes - from free Bubble Art Workshops, Art Climb Jam to the extended Dinosaur Adventure Park, and Downtown East's Top F&B picks with new brands.

From 12 Mar to 20 Mar (except Mar 15, Tue), Wild Wild Wet (WWW) is hosting free Bubble Art Workshops at its Neptune Cove for children aged between six and 12. Here, the little ones can create their very own art pieces using a bubble gun. Yes, you heard it right!

In partnership with National Arts Council, this is an opportunity for children to uncover their artistic talent. They'll be coached by local artist Stephy Chien, and kids get to bring home their abstract masterpieces. There are limited spaces to the workshops with two sessions daily (2pm – 3pm and 3.15pm – 4.15pm), up to 20 pax each session. Book a slot early here (access only to Neptune Cove, not full WWW facilities). Those who wish to enjoy the water park's rides can book advance tickets on WWW website, separately.

Art Climb Jam

Parents can also bring their kids to Upwall Climbing's Art Climb Jam from Mar 12 – 20. At this unique activity, children learn to climb with experienced instructors – and discover their creative side in an Art & Craft session. The programme is priced at $60 per child, inclusive of materials. Book here.

Extended With Bigger Exhibits

This is the last chance to see the latest – and biggest animatronic dinosaur exhibits such as Tyrannosaurus Rex and Brachiosaurus. The wildly-popular Jurassic Dinosaur Adventure Park at Downtown East's D'Marquee has been extended till 20 Mar. Since opening on 24 Dec, it has drawn more than 20,000 visitors. The 17,000 sqm indoor playground opens daily from 12pm – 9.30pm (weekdays) and 10am – 9:30pm (weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays). Tickets at $25 (weekdays) and $28 (weekends, PH and eve of PH). Get them here.
