Get Set! Ready! Go!

Gear up for one enjoyable and safe family activity. Come November, let the tiny engines bring you on an exhilarating ride in the upcoming competition – Master Of Speed (MoS): Go Kart Time Attack. The competition will be held over eight weeks, from 1 Nov to 26 Dec.

The event is organised by V&N Entertainment, which is a joint venture between digital content production powerhouse Vividthree, and lifestyle provider NTUC Club. MoS is created in partnership with Vividtree, NTUC Club, and Automoment, an automotive lifestyle platform.

The Real Experience

This is not a virtual go kart competition. This is a competition where every participant will head to The Karting Arena (TKA) on Turf Club Road to rev the engines and clock their best timings. Participants can choose to compete within a two-week time frame for each window period. In total, there are four window periods or "qualifiers": 1 Nov–14 Nov, 15 Nov–28 Nov, 29 Nov–12 Dec, and 13 Dec–26 Dec.

Participants can book their tickets via www.themastersofspeed.com, where a booking timetable is available. TKA opens from Wednesday to Friday (1pm–8.30pm), Saturday and Sunday (10am–9pm). It is closed on Monday and Tuesday. To accommodate more participants in the competition, there are eight drivers per slot. The usual practise session is six drivers per slot.

Compete Safely

At TKA, no more than 10 participants are allowed indoors or outdoors at any time. All participants are required to Check-In to TKA via SafeEntry. Temperature screening at the entrance is compulsory. Participants must practise safe distancing measures, and they must wear a mask at all times – except when they are go karting.

Win Prizes

The top three winners with the fastest time clocked will qualify for the next round or window. Winners for each window will also receive $150 NTUC cash vouchers and sponsors’ product (1st place) • $100 NTUC cash vouchers and sponsors’ product (2nd place) • $50 Downtown East cash vouchers (3rd place).
