Singapore, Jul 10 2023 - Saddle up, horse enthusiasts! Gallop Stable @ Downtown East has giddied-up to its launch! Step into the universe of horses, right at the doorstep of D’Resort at Level 1.
They aren’t just any horses but sports horses that have retired from their heyday. Instead of facing a dreadful end upon retirement, the seven horses at Gallop Stable have been given a new lease of life – one that is purposeful and meaningful, bringing much joy and love to people through bonding activities.
While they’ve been adjusting to their new crib, we've also made it our mission to create a nurturing environment that helps the horses to thrive at their new, forever home. When you visit Gallop Stable @ Downtown East, you'll get the invaluable opportunity to spend time with these incredible animals in a variety of ways.
Each of them has their own unique and charming personalities that will tug at your heartstrings (check them out below).
You can feed them, groom them, or take a stable tour to learn more about these magnificent creatures – except when our equine friends take their beauty naps (12pm to 2pm). And on days with wet weather or extreme heat, they may not be available just so to ensure their safety and comfort.
So come and connect with the horses at Gallop Stable @ Downtown East for an unforgettable experience. These loving animals will shower you with as much love and gentleness.
There is something for every horse lover (and every horse) at Gallop Stable @ Downtown East. From the young to the young-at-heart, all can bond with Gallop Stable’s resident horses and ponies through joyrides, stable tours and informational workshops.
Even kids as young as three can *ride ($10 per session). As for our taller young friends (1.2m and above) and the adults (up to 55 years old), **horse rides are available at just $15.

Gallop Stable @ Downtown East also organises workshops covering a wide range of topics in Stable Management, which focuses on teaching individuals about the care, management and maintenance of horses in a stable environment. Key topics include Horse Health and Nutrition, Grooming and Maintenance, and more. Check with the stable on the topic scheduled for the day.
These hour-long group workshops (10 - 15 pax per group, min 3 years old to participate) are available at $30/pax.
Groups of at least five persons can also experience stable tours for just $5 per guest, where they can learn more about the horses and their home at Gallop Stable @ Downtown East.

Treat the horses with a feed packet at just $2. The little ones can also have their hand at Gallop Stable’s exclusive Horseshoe Painting ($12) or horse-themed Art & Craft activities such as Window Art (from $6 for a S-sized piece), Sand Art ($10), Foam Art ($10), Mask-painting ($10) and more.

Princess is a rescued ex-polo pony. She is reserved but will warm up once you offer her some carrots!
The Beauty of the bunch. She is very sassy and does not like to get herself dirty or step in water puddles.She also has a quiet and sweet personality and she loves getting a good groom.
Rose is a rescued ex-polo pony. Her unique colour makes her a favourite at the stables. She is a very sweet and loving horse and loves to be pampered!
Jewel is a rescued ex-polo pony. A curious and affectionate horse who loves to get pats!
Peanut is the matriarch at Gallop Stable. She has been with the peeps at Gallop Stable since the very first day. Her calm and gentle soul makes her a favourite at the stables.
The only boy amongst Gallop Stable @ Downtown East's girl group. Kofi is a very cheeky and playful pony. His favourite hobby is munching on carrots, and as such he has learnt to put on “puppy” eyes so that he gets fed more carrots!
Amoy is Gallop Stable's shy girl. She may take a while to warm up but once she gets to know you, you will find that she is a very sweet and endearing girl. Amoy is best friends with Sonia!
