Singapore's well-loved D'Resort is reopening at Downtown East next month

June 2 2022 – Come July 15, you can look forward to your vacay at D'Resort, as the 387-room resort preps for its return after a two-year hiatus. It served as a Community Care Facility, responding to the vital needs of the national-level pandemic. As the resort prepares to check-in guests in six weeks' time, their well-being and safety are paramount. D'Resort will be refreshed first – undergoing deep cleaning and thorough sanitisation by a NEA-approved vendor for all rooms and public spaces before opening its doors.

With D'Resort's much anticipated comeback (having received many public queries of its return in the past year), this significantly marks the full operation of all Downtown East attractions. Better news yet: nature and leisure seekers can now book their stay at www.dresort.com.sg to plan ahead all their activities at Downtown East. From July, guests can check out two new attractions (next page).

EARLY BIRD GETS THE TREAT$

But first, in true celebratory fashion, D'Resort is offering special room rates up to 35% to welcome guests back. The Rainforest Room, which accommodates two, starts from $103+ per night. Families aren't left out. The aquatic and tropical-themed Rainforest Family Room, which accommodates two adults and two children, is from $155+ per night. Indeed, fun seekers are spoilt for choice with eight types of rooms at the nature-inspired D'Resort.

A MIXED BAG OF SAVING$

To sweeten the deal: guests get 20% off the Best Flexible Rate with a minimum booking of three consecutive nights. While bookings are open to the public, NTUC members pack in additional privileges such as unlimited access to Wild Wild Wet water park (worth up to $140 per room, per day), discounted carpark and BBQ pit rates.

For more bang for the buck, savvy card-carrying members can redeem a $10 Downtown East voucher (1,000 Linkpoints), and a $5 Downtown East voucher (500 Linkpoints) to use them when they dine at the F&B outlets.
