Growing Together as One-Club

In the new digital economy with increased business volatility, Club is committed to ensuring that our staff are equipped with the necessary skillsets for business and organisational transformation.

A series of programmes were carefully curated to support capability growth. This ranged from SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace, cybersecurity, business continuity, revenue growth management, Design Thinking and more. Bite-sized modules and e-learning materials were also regularly disseminated for easy and convenient access.

To encourage innovation, staff were empowered to experiment with new ideas and projects. We strongly encouraged inter-departmental collaboration for creative solutioning. This resulted in the launch of new sustainability experiences such as eco-farms, energy-saving initiatives including solar-generated panels, and workspace optimisation. Regular staff engagement sessions with our CEO enabled open communication and feedback.

250 staff attended a session on environmental, sustainability and governance (ESG) to better understand its impact on Club's businesses and operations

We developed our staff to achieve their career goals and aspirations. In 2021, we introduced the Leadership 4.0 programme, aimed at equipping staff with enhanced competencies in mentorship, teamwork and effective communication. Participation in strategic discussions and experiential learning opportunities through job rotations and innovation projects helped staff to fast-track their learning and career progression.

Caring for
One Another
like Family

Caring for One Another like Family

We promoted the importance of physical and mental wellness. Regular webinars and workshops on preventive healthcare, sleep management, and positive thinking were conducted, alongside engaging activities like cycling, Zumba, and futsal, which received good participation. Free annual medical check-ups and professional counselling for stress management also helped to extend empathy on a Club-wide level. We deepened organisational bonds through festive celebrations, and an annual Appreciating U event was organised to value and pamper staff. Gatherings to enjoy different cuisines at our staff lounge were always highly anticipated. In all, we cared for one another at work and at play.
